Organiser Office handles enquiries from exhibitors and buyers and provides assistance to them.
On-site Registration Counter provides registration service for buyers to enter the show.
Exhibitor Locator System is the highly interactive electronic terminals introduced to assist visitors to identify specific exhibits according to their search requirements.
Business Centre provides comprehensive business services, including fax & photocopying, first aid, travel service, courier express service and mobile phone battery re-charge service.
Internet & E-mail Service Centre is installed with online computers for buyers to check and send emails, plus internet access.
Panda Lounge offers invited buyers a cosy environment to relax amid their hectic schedule with complimentary drinks and light refreshment, plus internet access. Seats are avaliable on first-come-first-served basis.
Free Public Phone booths are available in each exhibition hall for visitors to make free local city calls.
Cloak Room Service provides temporary luggage storage for visitors.
Free Shuttle Bus Service is provided during the show days and after the daily closing of the show for exhibitors and buyers travelling to/from the venue. Seating is provided on first-come-first-served basis.
